RETURN
We offer full refunds if you are not satisfied with the purchased products. No questions asked. Just mail the item back to us (by registered mail only) within 60 days from your goods receipt date and inform us via email on the return request.
Return items must be unopened, unused and in the original undamaged packaging. If we receive used or damaged items/packaging, we reserve the right to deduct between 5% to 25% of the refund amount.
For return of product(s), please send us the product(s) and a print-out of your proof-of-purchase from Multitools.com.sg, using registered mail only, to the address below and we will be happy to assist with the return.
Once you have sent the registered parcel, do drop us an email specifying the reason(s) of return and information on the registered mail tracking number^.
Do note that shipping fees are not refundable.
EXCHANGE
If the product is defective, we will provide 1-for-1 exchange as long as we receive the defective product within 14 days from your goods receipt date, as reflected in our registered mail tracking.
For exchange of defective* product, please send the product and a print-out of your proof-of-purchase from Multitools.com.sg using registered mail only, to the address below and we will be happy to assist with the exchange.
Once you have sent the registered parcel, do drop us an email specifying the reason(s) of exchange and information on the registered mail tracking number^.
Once the replacement product is available, it will be shipped back to you immediately. We will bear the return shipping fees for exchanges.
REPAIR
After the 14 days exchange validity period, eligible* products will still qualify for manufacturer warranty on defects. You may send the detective item to us or visit any local distributor for repair.
For repair of defective* product, please send the product with a print-out of your proof-of-purchase from Multitools.com.sg using registered mail only, to the address below and we will be happy to assist with the repair.
Do note that for repair items sent to us, it will usually take between 8 to 16 weeks for the repair to be completed, and the return shipping costs will need to be borned by the customer.
Please note that repaired items will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum of 90 days. If the repaired item is unclaimed after 90 days, it will be considered as forfeited and will no longer be available for return.
^ The registered mail tracking number is very important. Without it, we will not be able to execute the exchange.
*The warranty covers only the original/primary owner and does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your product. This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, color finishes, cleaning, or sharpening. Proof of purchase from Multitools.com.sg is required. The warranty program covers tools purchased for personal use only.
